Arianna D'AnielloArianna D'Aniello, personal trainer

Originally graduating in dance from London's Urdang Academy, Arianna is now a highly respected personal trainer whose career includes positions with Virgin Active, LA Fitness and UCS Active. She regularly works with celebrity and famous clients, recently including Bill Nighy and Sheridan Smith.

Her specialisms include mat and reformer pilates, strength and conditioning, Body Sculpt, boxercise, dance fitness, kettlebells training and pre- and post-natal fitness.

Qualified: YMCAFit - Advanced Instructor (Fitness Instruction, Personal Training, Fitness Assessment, Exercise to Music, Pre-Natal Fitness), Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS) - Advanced Instructor, ADPF Certified Kettlebell Instructor, STOTT Pilates, full CRB clearance.


Sally Jay Sally Jay, personal trainer

An experienced group exercise teacher and personal trainer, Sally's strengths lie in cardiovascular, spinning, trekking, sports specific conditioning, aquatic fitness and rehabilitation.

Qualified: Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS) – Advanced Instructor, CYQ Level 3 (Personal Training, Sports Conditioning and Exercise Referral with Specific Controlled Conditions), Speedo Aquatic Fitness, YMCAFit Keiser Spin Cycle, OCR Teaching and Coaching Exercise and Fitness, RSA Exercise to Music, Aerobics and Circuits, Fitpro Team Combat, Virgin Active Core Stability.


Greg Sulzmann Greg Sulzmann, personal trainer

Seasoned personal trainer Greg Sulzman specialises in CrossFit, strength and conditioning, gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, kettlebell training, high intensity interval training and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He has worked as Fitness Instructor at Portobello Fitness Club, been an Olympic weightlifting instructor and also won the Southern Open Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Competition, 2008.

Qualified: YMCAFit (Advanced Fitness Instructing, Advanced Exercise and Fitness Knowledge, Nutrition and Weight Management, Personal Training), CPD Fundamentals of Nutrition and Compound Movements, Fitpro 10 Minute Gym, CrossFit Strength and Conditioning Coach.


Katie Reid Katie Reid, personal trainer

Katie has seven years experience in personal training and believes in training for life, whether the goals are based on weight loss, gaining that additional bit of muscle definition and toning, or simply improving general health and fitness levels. Specialising in boxing, boxercise and pilates, Katie offers postural and core work with tough cardio and weight sessions to optimize clients' body performance and balance.

Qualified: Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS) - Level 3 Advanced Instructor, Circuits, Level 2 Gym, Level 3 Personal Trainer, Weight Management.


Professor Topera Professor Topera, Capoeira teacher

Hailing from Brazil's Bahia region, Professor Topera has been training in Capoeira since the age of five and today teaches children and adults across the UK and Brazil as a member of Capoeira Grupo Esporao. Capoeira improves strength, flexibility, coordination, stamina and is a great tool for self defence.


Melody Woodhead Melody Woodhead, yoga instructor

Experienced dancer and yoga instructor Melody teaches an invigorating, dynamic style of yoga, synchronising breathing and movement to create a meditative atmosphere where the focus is on an energetic (Pranic) level.

Qualified: Yoga Teacher Training (Yoga Life India), Yoga Foundation Level 1 (British Wheel of Yoga), 'The Art of Vinyasa Flow' (Shiva Rea Teacher Intensive CPD).
